Red Cabbage Slaw

This easy 1-step cabbage slaw goes great with our BBQ Jackfruit Sliders or as a side on its own.
Makes4 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrots (180 g), grated
  • ½ head of cabbage (420 g), finely chopped or coarsely grated
  • 3 spring onions (45 g), finely chopped
  • 3 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise*
  • 1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions
 

  • Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Store slaw in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
