Red Cabbage Slaw
This easy 1-step cabbage slaw goes great with our BBQ Jackfruit Sliders or as a side on its own.

Ingredients
- 3 medium carrots (180 g), grated
- ½ head of cabbage (420 g), finely chopped or coarsely grated
- 3 spring onions (45 g), finely chopped
- 3 Tbsp vegan mayonnaise*
- 1 Tbsp wholegrain mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Store slaw in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
