Zucchini Noodles
Get creative in the kitchen by using zucchini to make delicious noodles. Great for anyone following a diet low in protein.

Ingredients
- 1 medium (196 g) zucchini, spiralized or cut into long strands
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ cup (59 mL) tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add zucchini noodles and garlic powder to frying pan.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes or until the noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Strain the noodles and set aside. Add tomato sauce to frying pan and warm. Then add noodles back to pan and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
