Ingredients

1 pouch (33.4 g) PhenylAde GMP ULTRA Lemonade
1 tsp turmeric
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup (125 mL) unsweetened coconut beverage*
½ cup (125 mL) water
Dash black pepper
Ice cubes

Directions

Add the ingredients to a shaker bottle and mix gently for about 10 seconds. Serve immediately over ice.
