- 1 cup (8 fl oz) water
- ½ medium peach, or ½ cup frozen peaches
- ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 5.3 oz (150 g) coconut milk, yogurt alternative*
- 2 mint leaves, optional
- Ice cubes, adjustable according to texture and taste preferences
