An unflavored, powdered mixture of essential amino acids, including cystine and histidine for the dietary management of urea cycle disorders or conditions in which a nutritionally complete feed is not suitable or a modular approach is required for children, teens or adults.
Provides 4 g of protein equivalent per 5 g of powder
Best served as a chilled drink, mixed with water, fruit juices or other formulas
Suitable for individuals 1 year of age and older and must be used under medical supervision. Not suitable as the sole source of nutrition; micronutrients and energy must be supplied separately.
