- 2 scoops or 2 pouches of Phenylade® GMP Drink Mix
- 8 fl oz water
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (not needed for Phenylade GMP Drink Mix vanilla flavor)
- ½ tsp ground ginger spice
- 5-6 ice cubes
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp caramel flavor syrup
- Low protein whipped topping*
Peppermint PKU Shake
What would the holidays be without a splash of peppermint extract? Get into the holiday spirit by making this Peppermint PKU Shake. Combine all ingredients in a blender for your preferred consistency. Pour into your favorite festive cup.
