How to Prepare Your Metabolic Formula Using Household Measurements
Step 1: Before preparing any metabolic formula, make sure to wash your hands and have clean utensils ready.
Step 2: Add the necessary amount of water to your shaker bottle or container.
Step 3: Based on your formula, follow the preparation instructions below for ¼ cup, tablespoon or teaspoon measurements.
