Iced Matcha Latte
Made with PKU PhenylAde® GMP ULTRA Vanilla. Recipe from our friend Julia @organicpku on Instagram!
Ingredients
- 1-2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp honey
- ¼ cup (2 fl oz) warm water
- 1 pouch (33.4 g) PhenylAde GMP ULTRA Vanilla
- ¾ (6 fl oz) unsweetened coconut milk beverage*
Directions
- Whisk together the matcha powder, honey, and warm water until they are a smooth, syrup-like consistency.
- Using a blender or a shaker bottle, blend 1 packet PhenylAde GMP ULTRA Vanilla with the coconut milk beverage.
- Mix the cooled matcha syrup into the GMP ULTRA mixture and pour over ice.
