Ingredients
- 2 scoops (67 g) PhenylAde GMP Drink Mix
- 8 fl oz water
- ½ cup (123 g) pineapple chunks, fresh or canned
- ½ cup (76 g) strawberries
- 4-5 ice cubes

- Combine all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth.
